Born and Raised in the city of Etobicoke, Ontario, John Papaloni began his career in Marketing Communications where he has learned how to reach markets in new and innovative ways. In 2015 John Papaloni had decided that it was time to take passion a step further and bring it into a full fledged career. John Papaloni was enrolled into Orea to begin an exciting career in Real Estate.
In 2016 John Papaloni had completed his required courses to become licensed and began with Royal LePage Signature Realty. Within 2 months of being Licensed John Papaloni had closed his first deal with a buyer at a Co-Op Buidling in Etobicoke. It was a positive and exciting beginning. In 2017 John Papaloni had listed his personal Condo for Sale and had successfully sold the condo within 5 hours of listing it. The condo also sold for record price within the building.
Once the condo was sold, it was time to find a new place to move to, John Papaloni decided to follow where most of his business and prospects were coming from, West of Toronto into Burlington and Hamilton. April 2017, John decided to move into a home in Stoney Creek, being central to his clientele.
Like most things in life, you have to keep progressing and John Papaloni decided to make the next logical move in his career, which is to find a brokerage that caters to his clientele’s area, and one that would get him on the Burlington/Hamilton MLS Board. John researched his options and had come to the conclusion that Keller Williams Complete Realty was offering the best options for him now that would allow him to maximize his experiences and services that he delivers to his clientele.
Proud to say as of November 20th 2017 John Papaloni is a member of Keller Williams Complete Realty in Hamilton, and will be focused on servicing his clients in the Burlington to Niagara Region.
